First blog post

So here goes. Ive been thinking of starting up a blog for a little while now. This will be my ┬áspace to write and share anything related to ‘In Fitness & In Health’

I will cover training programmes, hints and tips, general industry chat and expose all the baddies

Come along for the ride with an open mind and get stuck in. Will it be any good? I don’t know the answer to that myself but it will keep me happy and occupied for a little while…
